More on Baltimore Riot

To say that the riots in Baltimore is unfortunate is an understatement.

I had an interview with two men who were working on East Eager Street. One complained that a white man hit a girl in the face recently and nothing was done about it. White people were calling black people niggers and nothing happened. This was seen on social media.

We get cursed and police put drugs on us. You have pain from years. It is generation pain. It is coming out wrong, but it is coming out. It does not prove anything, but somebody is listening.

We were forced to act like this just to be noticed. There are five roads where kids could ride their dirt bikes, but the police come and stop them.

Since I am not a police officer and I was not at the scene at the time of the incident, I cannot say very much.  It does appear that the man should had been arrested and maybe he will be later.

I also went to see the building that was burned down at Chester and Gay streets.  It was just across the street from the Oliver Senior Citizen Center.  I do not think that this was done by high school kids.  This looks much more like a "professional" job.  Nobody won and everybody lost.

I do not know whom the rioters were trying to hurt, but the people who were actually hurt are the poor, black people who live in the areas.  We already have many vacant houses in the City and now we will have even more.  That means that the City cannot collect property taxes and thus will have less money to provide needed services.

This araea will become a park. Maybe the City can also put a playground there.

ATF is busy investigating and I'm sure that somebody will spend a long time in federal prison.

This vehicle was across the street and in the parking lot of the Oliver Senior Citizen Center.

Half of the stores in this shopping center were destroyed. Thank God that the grocery store was not harmed.
