Esmeralda
On Friday 5 June 2009 the Esmeralda visited Baltimore. This is a 371' Chilean Navy tall ship training vessel. Most of the crew did not speak English very well. Fortunately Hilary is fluent in Spanish and she apparently did a fantastic job in assisting them. She did so well that I was jealous that I can not come close to her in either Russian nor French.
The ship was open for tours from 12:00 until 18:00 according to one source. Another source said from 14:00 until 18:00. Because of my work schedule, I did not have an opportunity to tour it, but some of my customers did and they enjoyed it.
