Where are the snow plows?
We citizens on Saint Mary Street in Seton Hill took matters into our own hands. Cheryl needed to get out to go to work. She's a nurse. Her job is critical. Peoples' lives depend on it.
I do not know about my other neighbors. But that does not matter. We need food and other necessities of life. So we dug our way out of the snow.

We are working on opening the street at Pennsylvania Avenue.
The city did plow Pennsylvania Avenue.
Every plow that we saw had the blade up and none of them was plowing snow.
